The Numbers: Parenthood, Family-Friendly Workplaces, and You

Even though we think Mother’s Day should be celebrated daily, our Pinnacle Prevention team took it as an opportunity to celebrate parenthood and mothers all month long. We’ve spent the last few weeks talking about womanhood, motherhood, work-life balance, family-friendly workplaces, self-care and more. We value working parents everywhere, and we put these values into practice every day
​Women’s success is essential not only for every workplace, but for our economy as well. Too many women face a choice between working and taking care of children due to a broad lack of family-friendly policies.  Family-friendly workplaces make it easier for employees – women and men – to balance their lives while fulfilling both family and work obligations. Happier employees are good for business, good for families, and great for our economy.
