Nourish Training Series: Supporting and Healing Healthy Relationships with Food

Are you a caregiver, advocate, or professional working with youth in Arizona? Join Pinnacle Prevention for our Nourish training series, which aids individuals and families working with adolescents in supporting and developing healthy food dynamics.
​The next training session is on Tuesday, April 9, and there is still time to register! Attend the Nourish training series to learn more how about how to support the healing of food relationships to support healthy eating.

We held our first session last month, where we discussed how experiencing hunger and related trauma can impact eating. At our second session on Tuesday, we will discuss healing and developing healthy relationships with food. At the training, we will share tools for repairing and establishing competent eaters. This will include tips for avoiding triggers, providing reassurance, and tips for responding to common behaviors.

This training series includes four sessions total. Sessions three and four will cover:
